The Wickless Candle Collective by ESA Essentials

The Wickless Candle Collective is a quarterly subscription featuring one 12 oz wickless candle every three months for $30, plus applicable shipping or local delivery charges and taxes.

Shipping and local delivery charges are determined at the initial checkout based on the order total, delivery address, and selected delivery method. The shipping or delivery charge established when the subscription is created may continue to apply to subsequent quarterly renewals unless updated.

Automatic Renewals

Your subscription automatically renews every three months. Your payment method will be charged on your scheduled renewal date, either the 1st or 15th of the applicable month, unless your subscription is paused, skipped, or canceled before the applicable deadline.

Cancellation and Changes

Members may cancel, pause, skip an upcoming delivery, or change their fragrance selection through their subscription management portal.

The following deadlines apply:

• Billing on the 1st: Changes must be completed by the 25th of the preceding month.

• Billing on the 15th: Changes must be completed by the 10th of the billing month.

Changes requested after these deadlines may not take effect until the following quarterly renewal. Orders already processed are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Complimentary Candle Warmers

A complimentary candle warmer is included with the initial membership order. Active members receive an additional complimentary warmer with every fourth quarterly renewal.

Members who cancel their subscription may keep any complimentary warmers already received. No return is required.
