Membership Overview
The Wickless Candle Collective by ESA Essentials is a quarterly subscription featuring one 12 oz wickless candle delivered every three months.
Each quarterly candle is $30, plus any applicable shipping or local delivery charges and taxes.
Fragrance Selection
Members may select from our available fragrances or choose “Surprise Me” to receive a fragrance selected by ESA Essentials.
If no new selection is made before the applicable deadline, the member's previous fragrance selection will remain in place.
Billing, Selection & Shipping Schedule
Subscription renewals are scheduled for either the 1st or 15th of the applicable billing month.

Renewals occur every three months. Initial membership orders are processed following enrollment.
Shipping & Local Delivery
Membership orders are subject to ESA Essentials' standard shipping and local delivery rates. Applicable charges are calculated at the initial checkout based on the order total, delivery address, and selected delivery method.
Orders that qualify for complimentary shipping or local delivery may receive that benefit when the membership is purchased. The shipping or delivery charge established when a subscription is created may carry forward to subsequent quarterly renewals unless updated.
Managing Your Membership
Members may change their fragrance selection, skip a delivery, pause their subscription, or cancel their membership.
Changes must be completed by the applicable deadline listed above to take effect before the next scheduled renewal. Changes submitted after the deadline may take effect with the following quarterly cycle.
Complimentary Candle Warmers
Members receive a complimentary candle warmer with their initial membership order and another complimentary warmer with every fourth quarterly renewal thereafter. Members may keep all warmers received, even if they later cancel their membership.
